Dogology Grooming provides pet grooming services by appointment. All services are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to refuse service if we believe it is unsafe or inappropriate for your pet or our staff.

2. Appointments & Cancellations

Appointments may be booked through our website, by phone, or in person.

We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Missed appointments or last-minute cancellations may result in a fee.

3. Pet Health & Safety

Owners must disclose any medical, behavioral, or other conditions that may affect grooming.

For the safety of pets and staff, Dogology may stop a grooming session if a pet becomes overly stressed, aggressive, or unwell.

Veterinary care is the responsibility of the pet owner. In the event of an emergency, we may seek veterinary services at the owner’s expense.

4. Payments

Payment is due at the time of service.

We accept cash, card, and Zelle.

Prices are subject to change, but we will always provide an estimate before beginning services.

5. Website Use

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes.

You may not attempt to disrupt or interfere with the website’s functionality.

Content on our website (text, images, branding) is owned by Dogology and may not be copied or used without permission.

6. Liability

While we take every precaution to ensure pets are safe and comfortable, grooming may involve some risk (such as minor nicks, irritation, or stress).

By booking services, you acknowledge these risks and release Dogology Grooming and its staff from liability for reasonable, ordinary grooming-related incidents.

We are not responsible for issues arising from pre-existing health conditions or failure to disclose important information.
